Zero Point Clamping System UNILOCK

In the workpiece clamping sector, HEINRICH KIPP WERK offers a wide range of products that comprehensively covers 5-axis complete machining. The UNILOCK zero-point system is the classic stationary clamping system for converting workpieces, clamping devices or fixtures on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining centres. It reduces set-up times and, thanks to its modular design, is extremely flexible.
Function UNILOCK zero point clamping system
The KIPP UNILOCK zero-point clamping system guarantees fast, precise clamping and referencing of fixtures and workpieces. The stationary clamping system can be used on all machine tools, machining centres and measuring equipment. It clamps subplates, cube tombstones and clamping stations by means of clamping pins.
Extremely precise centring using short conical locators achieves incredibly high repeat accuracy.
Advantages modular zero-point clamping system
KIPP UNILOCK increases productivity by setting up fixtures while the system is machining. The zero-point system is available in different sizes. The modular design enables simple retrofitting or disassembly if the production environment changes. The wide range of clamping stations suitable for all standard machines make the system enormously flexible. Another advantage is that there is one standard clamping pin size for all UNILOCK systems.
