Standard elements for the packaging industry

HEINRICH KIPP WERK will be presenting a multitude of packaging industry relevant products at the 2019 FachPack in Nuremberg, Germany which runs from 24 to 26 September. Included in these is a new quarter-turn lock in Hygienic DESIGN that belongs to the stainless steel product line NOVOnox hygienic.

Over 1,600 exhibitors will be presenting the latest packaging industry innovations at FachPack 2019. Amongst other things, KIPP will be presenting a new stainless steel quarter-turn lock with T-grip that meets high hygiene requirements. Thanks to the mirror-polished stainless steel surface, suitable transition radii and the circumferential silicone seal, the product complies with DIN EN 1672-2:2009 (Hygiene Machinery Ordinance) and is tested in accordance with GS-NV 2:2013/06 for food processing machinery. Further more, the grip is cleaning friendly: water, cleaning agents and other liquids can flow off completely and thus prevent contamination.

The quarter-turn locks are part of the product line NOVOnox hygienic which since last year complements the extensive KIPP stainless steel product range. Thanks to their corrosion resistance, robustness and hygienic properties, these products are ideal for use in the packaging industry.

The visitors to the exhibition can find out themselves about further sophisticated solutions from KIPP: among them position indicators, which guarantee the control of position values directly on the axis or spindle in a machine or installation. Handwheels and handles enable manual format adjustment on packaging machines, while the versatile clamping levers can be used as operating elements or for clamping different components. Accessory for aluminium profiles supplemented according to the modular principle of work tables, test benches or production plants. Last but not least, matching machine feet from KIPP ensure that all machines are stable.
