5-axis vice KIPPflexX: Standard and centric vice (2 in 1)

HEINRICH KIPP WERK has further developed the 5- axis vice. The new KIPPflexX is a unique system with the highest flexibility for the user, because it combines two functions:

1. It can be used as a centric vice using the patented pull-down effect. The workpiece is always centred
    in the middle – high repeat accuracy is ensured.

2. Alternatively, the system can be used as a standard vice for e.g. clamping rough blanks on 5-axis milling machines.

Further advantages:
  • User-friendly with quick adjustment using a crank handle
  • Support height of 180 mm with optimum accessibility tools
  • Flat guide for more stability and thus higher clamping system rigidity
  • Exceptionally high clamping force
  • Clamping range can be extended using additional base plates and extension shafts

The KIPPflexX can be mounted on machine tables with T-slots, grid holes or zero-point clamping systems. The clamping physics with intelligent force distribution ensure that only limited torques are transferred to the machine table.
